Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because we're a small business and don't have a storefront or warehouse location, we unfortunately can’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.

That means we can’t offer returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Changing your mind
• Ordering too many because you couldn't help yourself 

Please double-check the size chart before ordering! We always recommending sizing up if you're unsure.  

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, we've got your back! 

To file a claim, please email castmembers@smallworldthreads.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos that clearly shows both sides of the item including the damaged area
  

SIZE VARIATION NOTICE

Comfort Colors 1717 tees are garment-dyed, which means they’re dyed after being sewn. This process—along with natural cotton shrinkage—can cause slight size differences. You might see up to ±1 inch of variation in width and we've found some folks think the neck line can be a touch snug.  We use these shirts because we consider them high quality and popular - so we hope you already know your size and love what you're getting!

RUSH ORDERING

We keep a very small amount of apparel on hand for emergencies.  If you need something ASAP please email us at castmembers@smallworldthreads.com and we'll see if we can help!  

EVERYTHING ELSE

We want you to be happy, and we know life throws curveballs we can't possible foresee/predict.  We're here to help! If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order and need help with something please email castmembers@smallworldthreads.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
